Review process
We preserve the existing evidence, check the new information against an authoritative source and correct confirmed errors promptly. A disputed page may be temporarily labelled or removed from indexing.
Change record
Material corrections identify what changed and when. We do not silently advance a page date for minor copy or style edits.
